Tatiana, a Psychotherapist, took the Content Path and launched her podcast “She Is Resilient,” a podcast for women embracing their healing journeys and looking to break free from survival mode.

Arely, a Ph.D. candidate and researcher, took the Career Path and went from overworking and feeling taken advantage of at work to setting and honoring boundaries at work. She even negotiated time off and has been focusing on journaling. She is on her second Courage Project, which will focus on the Confidence Path.

Daisy, a Running & Mindset Coach for Women, took the Content Path, where she started an Instagram page to create a community of female trail runners, Trail Chicas. They meet up to run trails together in Southern California. 

I worked a "dream" six-figure tech job that allowed me to travel the world. Yet, I wasn't happy.I did everything I was supposed to do: I went to school, got a good and stable job, got a few raises, and even got engaged.
